Working out is great and all, but how do you know if you’re making progress? Well, just like in school, you take tests to determine how well you’re learning subjects, and progressing.

That’s exactly what we’re doing next week – we’re taking a test! Then we’re going to retake the test in a month to see how much progress you’ve made! This really goes hand in hand with goal setting – if your goal is to get faster or stronger, the best way to get some hard evidence that you’re progressing toward that goal is to get a baseline test, then retest.
