It’s always great to see how clients progress. Progress in this house is not defined by how much weight you’ve lost, what size jeans you wear, or by inches around your waist.
Progress here is defined by athletic improvement – the ability to do something better than you were able to do it before, the state of getting stronger, faster…
What’s also great about testing is the camaraderie and team building that comes from our individual breakthroughs. We’re excited about each other’s breakthroughs! Knowing someone has been working really hard on a certain move that’s going to be tested, then watching them NAIL IT brings all of us great joy, and this really came out last week when we retested a workout.
