Just a quick reminder that our first Running Program of 2015 will be starting on Tuesday, March 2nd at 6am. If enough of you want to do a 5:30pm class, we’ll add one. This is an 8 week program designed to help improve running form, speed, and overall race times…basically, you won’t hate running or suck at it nearly as much when you finish! Coached workouts will be on Tuesdays/Thursdays and you will be provided with weekend programming to complete on your own.
The timing of this program is designed to prepare you for the Santa Ynez Wine Country Half Marathon if you’re looking to apply your new running skills to a race setting.
Limited to 15 people/class.
Prices are:
$175 for non-members
$125 for members
